Non-Disclosure Agreements: Non-Disclosure agreements are usually not a problem, so long as they do not have extremely broad non-compete language in them. A few of our clients are competitors with each other, and we assure each client complete privacy with regard to their intellectual property, whether under a signed non-disclosure contract or not. We’ve been in this business long enough to know that you can’t stay in a business like this without treating ALL client information as 100% confidential.
